I cleaned up what was already in Dubsado, and created workflows that made it easy to screen clients, and auto remind clients to complete their forms and testimonials.

I also used CSS to elevate her forms to reflect her site and brand (and boy did they DELIVER) to revamp her questionnaires, application form, and proposals.
